4566 Mags
Any other .45 mags work for the 4566? I think 4506 do but could be wrong.

I have a 1066 rather than a 4566 but it uses the same mags that the 1006 does so I'd guess the 4566 does so with the 4506 as well. I imagine it probably takes 645 mags too.

Yes the 4566 will be perfectly happy with any full size, (8 rnd,) S&W 45 magazine. Of course not the 945, but 645, 745, 4506 and any/all of the many other full size models including 8 rnd P.C. examples.
The 645 mags work fine and are shorter but the metal floor plate is a bit too long in the front.

Don't forget the 845 magazine. This is how I got the ones I have, because nobody seemed to be searching that model on the auction sites. I have been the only bidder (and winner) for several model 845 magazines.
Of course, I have no idea how somebody with an 845 parts with their mags, or somebody with the mags has any notion of them having been for the 845.

Well... while 4566/4506 mags definitely fit the 845 and vice-versa, the only true 845 magazines have the PC logo on them. If you have 8-round single stack 3rd Gen .45cal magazines AND they have a PC logo on them, they came from an 845 or a CQB or a Recon .45.
I suppose it’s possible that they were sold on a blister pack card, as an accessory. But all 845’s were shipped with PC marked magazines.
