This is of course completely subjective of course but I'd go for the 1911.

Yes, very subjective. For concealed carry, the Scandium 1911; for the range or uniform, the 645.

I know it is very subjective. I'm leaning towards the 1911 I think it might be better for all around purpose

Two vastly different pistols. A lightweight 1911 vs a heavyweight TDA? For a range pistol that I might shoot 100 rounds or more at a time, I prefer a heavier pistol. For a pistol that I would carry, the lighter the better.
