Yup the 1911 Pro Series 3" is very similar. Maybe a 4516 or 4513 if you don't mind steering away from the 1911 platform.

Well sort of.

I’ve answered almost the same question before, but it was in regards to the Colt Defender.

Picture on left is .45 Defender & S&W CS45. Second one is .45 Defender & S&W (Pre-Rail,) 4513TSW.

The Colt is “a bit” thinner but I couldn’t find the rear view pictures and I’m feeling too lazy to do it again.

If you are looking for a 3rd gen 45 in the general size/weight and capacity of the Agent, albeit with TDA vice SA, then the choices listed by 4T5GUY are your best options.

I have shot an Agent and a Defender side by side with my CS45 and early production 4513TSW. Very similar in size, concealability and weight. Same capacity.

But if you want a 3rd gen 45 that is as thin as an Agent, then the all steel 4516 no dash is the one. Slightly bigger in length and height, with one more round on tap and weighs a lot more than an Agent due to all steel construction. But it is the thinnest of the 3rd gen 45s. Good luck with your decision. Regards 18DAI
