Anyone out there have good recommendations for a 3914TSW IWB and OWB holsters?

Does it still have the rail on it?

The DeSantis Mini Slide (086TA83Z0) for OWB is designed for the 3914 TSW.
The Don Hume H715-M WCS (#28-1) for IWB is a great choice if your gun has no rail.
I have a pre-rail 3953 TSW that fits in both these holsters. The 3953 slide is 1/4-1/2 inch longer than the 3914 slide because the 3953 is DAO. I suspect the Don Hume will work well for your gun too if it does not have a rail.

Holsters for the Sig 226/229 with rail will work fine. At least the Gould and Goodrich one that I have does.

With a leather holster you can often find a holster that is close and then just wet the leather well at the points that are in need of stretching and then force the gun in and let the holster dry. Some of my best fitting holsters were altered that way. If the area that needs stretching is right on a stitch it might not go well. The last one I did was a Bianchi 1911 holster I altered to fit a 1911 with a rail. Before that I altered a vintage 3" model 36 holster to fit a newer 3" J frame magnum with adjustable sights and underlug. That one was more challenging. I don't know if the newer Don Hume holsters made with the thin hardened leather can be altered in this manner. I doubt that they can.

DeSantis used to make their OWB thumb-break scabbard for the railed 3913TSW, and I would imagine that if you contacted them they still have the mold around somewhere. Mine is an excellent fit, and marked 001 J1 on the back.
The IWB holster I have for this model is one of the best out there - a Milt Sparks Versa Max 2 (see photos). The wait is long and the holsters are expensive, but they are worth it.

High Noon holsters makes good quality leather holsters for the 3913/4TSW with rail.
I have the Tailgunner version. Turn around time was 2-3weeks. They have been offering 30-50% off pricing recently. Definitely worth a look.

My son bought a OWB High Noon Slide Guard for his 6906.
Nicely made but a little pricey if they don't currently have one of their discount offers on.
It shipped in less than two weeks if I recall correctly.

Finally got around to following through on your suggestion. Just got my High Noon Tailgunner and also a Slide Guard. They are very nicely made and fit the gun perfectly. Took about two weeks for delivery.

Been wearing the Tailgunner @4 o'clock while running errands. I really like this holster. After a few minutes I don't even notice its there and conceals very well. Very comfortable in the car. Its easy to draw from and re-holster too.
BTW I got the one with belt loops instead of a clip.
Didn't try the slide Guard yet will report when I do.
My 2 cents.
