Default Help me find a long lost 4006

hello all, so I have recently decided to take on a probably impossible task. I recently visited my mother and step father, my step father and I were in the "gun room" just shooting the **** showing me his newest addition (a very nice Remington 700) I spotted a folder in his safe labeled "gun notes" and I asked him "what notes do you keep?" He opened the book and he had every firearm that he has ever owned listed, dates purchased and for how much, serial numbers, if sold or traded to who or where and for how much, what they are worth why it was sold/traded.

He got to a page and he paused and began to read to himself and tear up, i asked him whats wrong and he told me a story about a gun he read about in a Magazine in 1990 about a new gun that fires a new round, he knew he had to have it. He worked hard and pinched penny's to save and ordered this new gun as soon as he was able to. Years later he met my mom and when he was ready he sold that gun to "the gift shop" in ogden utah in 1999 or 2000 (ill have a date later) in order to buy the ring that he would ask my mom to marry him with, they have been married about 19 years now and I couldn't be more thankful.

If possible I would like yalls help tracking down this firearm. SN:TFF6560

Great story. Glad your Mom got a good guy, a man that loves his guns, but loves his sweetheart more. I wish you the best of luck in locating it. I wouldn't know where to start, except where you did.

It would be a tearful reunion!
