As a minimum there is full size single stack 3904/3906 ans Compact single stack 3913/3914/3953. I would guess the 10mm and 45 single stack would be different (wider)

Larry,

There are 3 magazine/grip widths:

10mm/45;

9mm single stack;

9mm/40s&w double stack

Only other variation is magazine/grip length.

OK - so 3 widths x 2 lengths(?) - (I believe 40 single stacks and 45 are same width?? and are there 3 lengths for 45??) What about the CS series? And of course there were the frame mounted decocker xx26 with different grips)

Standard - or Full size
10mm/45 (single stack) = 1006 & 4506;
9mm Single stack = 3906 & 909;
9mm/40 Double stack = 4006, 410, 5906, 910, etc

Midsize (single stack)
10mm/45 = 1066 & 4566

Compact
40 single stack /45 = 4013, 4513, 4516, 457 etc;
9mm single stack = 3913 & 908;
9mm double stack = 6906, etc

and for full size 9/40 double stack (4006 & 5906, etc) Curved or Straight, and 3913 LS a second color (grey)

Does that sound right?

Correct (Not counting CS models)

Also correct.

No, just like all the others, 2 (full size and compact) in the Xenoy/Delrin grips.

What about the CS series?
Good point!
The CS series pistols came with Hogue rubber grips, however the CS40/45 does have the same grip width as the 10/45 pistols and the CS9 has the same grip width as the single stack 9mm models so technically these would be the "third size" (sub-compacts).

Of course.

Yup.

Nope. Same as full size.

Don't forget curved or straight for full size 10/45, also.

And just to make it a little more difficult, there are the 9mm single stack and 45 compact grips that are cut away on the bottom for the magazine base plate on the pre-rail TSW models.

Aside from a few minor exceptions, I'd say you have a very good grip on a complicated subject.

The CS45 and the older version of the 4513 use a shorter 6-round magazine is what I think you're saying, right?

Correct.

Although the CS45 was produced with the Hogue rubber grip and never came with a plastic grip, it utilizes the "45" grip width.

The "pre-rail" 4513TSW used a shortened magazine, but the grip was the same length as other 45 compact grips (4516, 457) and was cut away in front of the grip pin so that the magazine base might fit fully recessed into the grip frame.
