Default CS40 Going Price Now

Found a CS40 for sale locally, blued model, I have a stainless model I bought a few years ago but this one's asking price is $400.
Too much $ or grab it?

Sounds reasonable to me.

I think I paid just a little bit more for my CS40S, new in 2003.

$400 seems to be the top buck for a blued model CS40.

I'd pass at that price if I had to pay sale tax and FFL fee on top of the asking price.

I'd buy it in a minute for $400 assuming it was in good shape.

Love to get a CS40. I even bought three new magazines at a going-out-of-business sale at a LGS. And now I have hard to find, brand new magazines, for a gun I can't find.

This gun is like new externally and internally.
$400 cash price.
I hope you find one to go with your mags!
I wasn't even looking for this one when I stumbled upon it.
I'm hoping to have it on Monday after work.

In my area at 400, that would be in someone's safe yesterday.

In my quest to accumulate one of each flavor of Chief Special, that’s one that’s eluded me. I wouldn’t hesitate.

Yup. I can't remember what I paid for mine but was around 400 bucks. I was pleasantly surprised at how soft it shoots. Great little gun! I hope it's still there for you to pick up, OP!

I bought a second one a few months back for $450 , NIB . I had modified my first one to 10mm and wanted another so I'd have one of each . I was looking for just a barrel , but you might as well look for the Holy Grail . The day I decided I wanted another I looked on that site , and there it was , with less than a day left .

Well $400 sounds pretty reasonable in my neck of the woods. Very seldom seen. A 9 in stainless may bring a little more. I would pay $400 for it.

Picked the CS40 up a few hours ago. One mild scratch on the slide, not bad, internals like new and came with a case and 2 mags.
Pictured with my stainless.

Looks darn good from here! Good purchase! Many times these guns are not fired very often and in newer condition. Never know prices many climb in the future. Had mine since 99.
