A buddy has a 1st gen 39 with a broken extractor
Is there any place he could get a replacement?
Gun is almost new

Mr. jv, replacement may be a bit tricky to the untrained. Plus the part is on
the pricey side.

I bought one from Jack First a couple years ago, $70. But, it will make the gun work.

If I remember correctly, there are 2 versions of the extractor Thick and Thin (Early and Late? or maybe reversed). If you post a picture of extractor, I am sure someone here will be able to identify correct part you need.
