You do not need two 1026 pistols and in the spirit of shopping you should sell me one of them..LOL
I have also spent some money buying 3RD Gen pistols this month and want to thank member stevew20 for a great deal on one of my dream S&W 3RD Gen pistols. I bought a Model 4586 from him and the deal went great. He also had a 5946 that I couldn't pass on as well. Congrats on the great finds!

You da man David!
My solution for the wife? Don't ask. haha
I have a buddy that has to get "permission" to spend over $100 on anything, pathetic.
I tease him about it, alot. lol
I have your 1066 & 1076, but you can't have them. haha

I always thought I was so smart bringing my new to me guns in through the garage. Turns out I didn't slip anything by my wife. Every time I got a new gun, she got a new piece of jewelry.
The truth is that we both have our own money for that sort of thing and neither bothers the other.
A friend of mine has to hide stuff from his wife or tell her he spent less than he did. Why, I don't know. He made far more money working than she did over the years.
None of my business of course, but I do rib him about it now and then.

Sure wish I could find just one, two looked promising on Gunjoker but the sellers were evasive regarding condition and refused to provide the NRA standard stating that high resolution pictures are all that will be given. Of course all sales were final and naturally there was no reserve -a very high minimum bid but no reserve .
Give up.
Should have added that the first gun was just south and the second just north of one large.

Our area gun trader page has had two 1006 guns listed recently. One almost gave me chest pains because the title read "10mm FBI pistol". Of course when I clicked on it it was a 1006. The FBI has gone back and added a lot of pistols to their inventory recently.
All joking aside, the pictures appeared to show a couple of nice examples and if I did not already have a nice 1006 I would have been all over one of them. They did sell very quickly but for once I did see them while they were still available.
