SW22 Victory
Thinking about buying one and wondering if the current production guns still have the ejection problems of the earlier guns. Don't want to have to send it back for a fix.
Anyone bought a current production gun and care to share your experience with it?
Thanks.

My 2015 produced one is still going strong. No issues. Just a little bending (very little) of the ejector tab.

My 2017 Victory has been problem free from the start. If I bought a new one and it had ejection problems I would try the slight bending of the ejector before I returned it to Smith and Wesson for service.

info
I was at the range last Wed., a guy was there & tried several times to shoot his .22 Victory, kept jamming with him clearing it & trying again. He left, I think from embarrassment. Good thing he left before I started shooting my 1958 S&W model 41 from 75 ft. when he was struggling at 15 ft. marker.

There is a minty one for sale near me 2nd hand for $400. Been debating. Would make another suppressor host with my 622 & m&p 15-22.
Is $400 reasonable? OP, I only hear positive feedback on the Victory.

MSRP is $441. Retail store price NIB is around $400 plus tax.
So, IMO, $400 is OK, but not a great deal for a used gun. $350 - $375 would be better.

Mine's not had any issues, I think I picked it up in 2017 or so.
Excellent suppressor host.

I had a problem after about 700 rounds. S&W sent new extractor and springs but didn’t help. I made a couple thousandths bend in the ejector and no more problems. My wife and I have put thousands of rounds through it since without any issues.

Pushed off that fence!
I had been reading about the Victory on this and other gun forums and was kind of on the fence about buying one. Then back in September of 2017 Brownell's put them on sale for $299.99, and that pushed me off the fence pretty fast! I have spent some money on upgrades for mine and couldn't be happier.

My granddaughter her wanted to learn to shoot so I bought mine about 3 years ago when they had the takedown screw problems. Could not get the screw out so back to S&W it went. Replaced the screw and then sent me the new improved one free of charge. I've never had a jam and it's one accurate little gun. My granddaughter loves it and do I.

Buy it. If you have problems as mentioned in above posts, then bend the ejector ever so slightly. After a few rounds you'll forget you had problems.

No functional problems with my 2015 model that I upgraded with VQ barrel and TK trigger, but it is the biggest PITA to get clean of all my suppressed .22lr pistols.

I got my ejection issues taken care of and now it won't pick up a round from any of 4 magazines to chamber.

Can I ask how you got your ejection issues taken care of?
