My model 41:
Same gun with a Bully Barrel:
I'm ashamed of the pictures - they don't do justice to the 41!

4513TSW, prerail, 6rd, hogue grips
Thanks to Fastbolt with the tip on modifying the Hogue grips. I cut 'em a tad short. It's not pretty, but fully functional!

I would respectivey request more people label there pics. These are awesome pics of your guns. But being somewhat of a newbie and not having memorized all the weapons S&W has ever produced it would be helpful. Thanks

Three words: Don't try it.
There's a picture floatin' around somewhere of the "Dealer's Wheel" S&W made for FFLs. There are so many varieties of 3rd Gen firearms made that a literal wheel of guns has to be used to keep it all straight. If there's a guy smart enough to memorize the varieties of S&W semi autos made he's probably busy at some lab in Los Alamos playing with antimatter particles.
As for the models above I posted, the stainless steel/aluminum model on top is a 5903, and the blued one is a 5904.

My little Family just keeps growing
5906
3913NL
3913
459 Nickel
59 Nickel
4506-1
39-2 NIB
My favorite shooter is 4506- followed by the 5906 Then again I haven't fired the 39-2 or 59.
I am on the look out for very used examples of these so I can shoot them.

Wow. After viewing some of these pictures I feel inadequate. I need to get back to my local shop. I hate to post this with only 2 guns.
On the left is a 9c with an RMR02 Sight inside a Dale Fricke Holster with minor Stippling work along with an APEX DCAEK Kit and AEK Trigger.
On the right is a 45c that I just got last Friday.

My only 3rd gen...
I just got the grip back from the hydroprinter on this one. There was nuthin wrong with the black grips, I just really wanted something that "looked" like wood furniture...
I would very much like to pick up a single stack 9 or a .45 3rd Gen as well... after I win the lottery I suppose

I picked up this Mod 410 a few months ago in a trade. For a "value" model, I've been very pleased!

Yes, it did. I bought a 5906 with a machined rail from scotter about 2 years ago. That's the one gun I'll never sell and shoot the snot out of it.

My new to me model 5944 - little holster wear but nice overall condition. This is my 2nd s&w - the first was in 1997 - a sigma in 40 s&w. This 5944 is much nicer than my old sigma.
