Could that 845 be a typo. Maybe a 645. I always thought the 845 was a single action not a traditional action gun.

hberttmank, I see it now. Single action hammer. Is the safety a hammer block like on my 3566? How do you like the 845? I have been sort of looking for one, however there are not many out there. The fact that I live in the state of Mass. the gun has to be in the state for me to purchase it. We have some screwed up laws in this state.

This thread has some really nice pics in it. handgunner356, wow that is a nice collection. JDLSALES, the safety on the 845 is a hammer block only, it does not decock. I like the 845 better than my 945, I just like the grip better, plus it takes the 4506 mags. Good luck finding one they seem to be pretty rare around here.

Chuck,
It is a 1994 5903 with a 9mm 5" Super 9 slide/ barrel installed. I just finished it this week.
It shoots nice.

Here are my favorites, two are missing from the group pic since I don't have them with me, one of the 4586's and the 4046 are absent. The rest are:

3913, 4516-1, 4556, 4566, 4566, 4586, and 5946
