CHP 4006 Feature Check
In regards to the CHP model 4006. Does the safety lever just decock the pistol and force it to return to the fire position or is it a full-on safety. Thank you for any info.

As I recall, the lever works as a decocker.

I have a CHP 4006 that has an operating safety, not just a decocker.

It depends on the contract run specs.
I know the early 4006CHP's, (which I have) have a regular full function safety. If someone has one that's a docker only, it's probably a later contract run and quite possibly a 4006TSW instead of regular 4006?

I have a regular un-railed 4006 with a safety/decoder and a TSW with a decocker.
