Default Broken SW M41 sight question

Had my M41 out to the range and noticed that my windage knob is gone, looks broken off.

Probably from when the idiot that stole it used it to drive steel fence posts or something.

I never noticed it when I sent my barrel to our own Steelslaver for repair.

Can I purchase just the windage knob and shaft or do I replace the whole sight?

Thanks everyone!!

Randy

I can't answer about fixing the sight, but how did you manage to get the pistol back?

Also, what year was your pistol made? The rear sight looks a bit different than mine.

Am told it is a 1962 vintage gun.

The gun was returned to me by BATF as they did not need it for prosecution......the accused is dead.

Also appears to have been dropped or severely banged as the sight blade is bent over on the edges. If it were mine, I'd just replace the rear sight. Probably the best way to go.

I have decided to replace the sight, finding parts for this vintage are next to impossible.

Is that the same rear sight that was used on the Model 52? Just asking as this might be another possible source.

growr, just to see if it works, make adj. from left side of screw with a small split screwdriver.
