Had this over in the Gunsmithing section, but hadn't gotten any responses after 24 hours and I figured it would only take a couple. So I thought maybe this is a more visable place.

Is the rear sight dovetail on the new M&P the same as the Novak dovetail on 3rd gen autos?

They look close but I don't have an M&P handy to measure. Thanks.
