Do the M&P semiautos have an IL? Just curious.

I do not know but I do know Glock offers an internal lock on their guns now...

The M&Ps' are available with and without the IL in most free states.

As stated, you can go with or without. I pulled the lock out of mine after 2 plus years to get rid of the hole that could allow trash into the works. The mechanics of the lock make it virtually impossible for the lock to engage without using the key.

The SKU numbers in the 000 (last three) range have the mag disconnect and the internal lock.

The SKU numbers in the 200 range have the mag disconnect, but not the internal lock.

The SKU numbers in the 300 range have neither the mag disconnect nor the internal lock.
