You need Wolff springs in those Kimber magazines.

I have a Kimber Target II in 10mm. I have both Kimber and Cobra Magazines. The Kimber Mags will from time to time FTF the last round. The Cobras always work.
I upgraded the springs and followers in the Kimber Mags to Cobra, It didn’t help and least noticeably.
I have seen complaints posted on the 1911 forums about Kimber Mags in 10mm & 45, I tend to agree.
I put A Springco guide rod system in it, this changes the recoil pattern a bunch, the downside is no light loads, for me not a problem.

7tenz, I meant exactly what I wrote - the Kimber Target IIs were a limited run, and I bought one of that bunch. Great to hear they are now a production item. I haven't touched the springs, though am approaching 1500 rounds, so probably should. Feeds just fine, all of them.
I used Crimson Trace grips for several months on an M9 in Iraq a few years ago, lots of practice couldn't get me to focus on the target vice the sights. I hated them (am sure I'm in minority here, but my pistol muscle memory goes back about 35 years). They worked fine, zeroed fine, malfunction was between my ears. Hence, I use night sights only.

I could be wrong, thought the Eclipse was the first, anyway, yea I thought the same thing when I first saw the Target II 10. I decided to get it because I was afraid at the time that production would cease. After I asked CS I realized I could have waited until I saved enough $. The CT grips I got were mis-marked at $250, so it was a trial.
Old Roger, Iggy, Old Navy-I have some Colt mags with Wolff+5%. I should've thought of that before. The loads I was using are Double Tap 200gr, real screamers. I took out the Factory 18lb recoill spring and had a 23 or 24# in it when I fired it. The 180gr DT xtp seemed to work fine. Thanks. I read somethings about oversize firing pin stops.

My 10MM workhorse
Here are a few pics. of my Commander Bobtail Dan Wesson 10MM. It's a shooter and it is smooth...........200 grain Hardcast at 1200FPS-----180 grain Nosler at 1400FPS-----135 grain nosler at 1750 FPS--Cor-bon Power-Ball 135 grain at 1450FPS. A few things have been changed in the gun to allow these rounds to function properly. It's a great Alaskan 1911 Auto.
