whats some good equipment for a new sigma 40ve like holster with a retention not too expensive
tactical light and some other things.

I traded mine away recently. If you use the search function, there's been a couple of threads on Sigma holsters, both in the auto and CCW section. Off the top of my head, Galco offers several models that fit the Sigma. I'm not sure what level of retention you want. You could also try browsing the Galls catalog to see if they have anything for it.

The light rail on the Sigma is proprietary to the Sigma. You'll need to either buy a converter or else you can get a light for it either from S&W directly or by watching for one on Ebay.
