Hi,

I have a 4566TSW coming in. There are two pics of it at the bottom of this post.

There is no attachement rail on this pistol BUT it has the capability.

This one came from the factory plugged where the accesory rail would be attached.

I don't want the black rail. But do you see where the black rail would be attached?

Right above it, it looks to me that a laser could be attached in the indentation where the accesory rail would be attached.

Look at the dustcover where the accesory rail would be. Is there an attachable laser that would fit in the groove where the rail would go?

No. That is not a groove on the dustcover. It is merely shaped that way to allow clearance when an accessory is attached to the original style rail.
