For my next purchase I've been thinking of a slim frame 9mm.

I've looked at the 3913(online) and the 3914. Other than finish, are there any other major differences? I've handled a well used 3914 and liked the feel.

I've yet to find a CS9 at a show or local shop to see how it fits my hand.

Are there any differences in reliability or safety with any of these three?

Bobcat i have owned and fired all three although my CS9 was one of the few stainless DAO versions they made right after they first came out. Right now i own the 3913 which shoots and feels great in the hand. There is no differnce between the 14 and 13 except the stainless finish on the 13 which i prefer. They both shot great. The CS9 was nice-but just a little to short in the grip to make it comfortable for my fingers. I love my 3913.
