I'm no sawbones, but I'd guess that if the Syndrome was causing pain while you were trying to maintain a firm grip, then yes? On some "bad days" I personally can attest to arthritis making it a borderline issue!

No Pain just some Mild Numbness and Tingling in the Ring finger and alot of Failed to feeds in several of my hang guns.. I am an experienced shooter and all of this has happened over the last couple of months. I am stumped as to why!! I can only put two and two together since I started having symptoms of the Syndrome a couple of months ago.. So I was wondering if anybody else has ever had this problem.

I'd think so. My mother had issues with carpal tunnel recently. She had it worked on a few months back and is doing better.

Anyway, I can remember eating dinner with her and she'd drop her fork by accident. She'd be resting her elbow on the table, with her hand up in the air.. chewing or talking or whatever... then BAM... drop the fork. She didn't mean to, she just didn't have as good of a grip as she thought. This happened all the time until she had it fixed.

I guess that's my long way to answer, yes.. I would think it could cause limp wristing.

Sorry to hear about your issues.
Loss of feeling/tingling is a symptom of impaired nerve function, which will lead to overall strength loss without you necessarily perceiving it.

I had a similar issue (the tingling, etc) on my pinkie and ring fingers and started to use these:

I'm currently working on the #3 gripper after starting off with the trainer. My hands have become MUCH stronger and the numbness on the ring finger and pinkie is gone.

You can also try switching hands for the sake of diagnosis. I have a friend who is right handed but uses his mouse left handed. It got rid of his carpal tunnel symptoms.

I do practice shooting 20% of the time with my off hand (I'm a lefty). It's good in case you're in a fight where your strong hand is disabled in any way.

I hope this helps you.

Regards,
Arkdweller
