Other slides that fit M59?

I'd like to change the fixed front sight on my M59 to a tritium, but the front sight on the M59 is a milled part of the slide.
So, instead of fiddling with the original slide, I'd like to replace it with another model's slide that has a user-replaceable sight.
Suggestions for a slide that fits the 59 which also has a user-replaceable sight?

No replacment has a dovetailed front. Your best bet is to have your slide milled for one.

Be careful also as newer slides will have the firing pin safety parts and your Model 59 does not have the lever or mechanism to deactivate the FPS.
