Default How to reduce Model 22A trigger pull?

I love my 11 year old son's Friends of NRA Dinner Model 22A but hate the 5-6 lb trigger pull. My son even has to use 2 fingers to pull the trigger; not the best way to teach marksmanship.

Have anyone found a way to reduce the Model 22A trigger pull to something more realistic for bullseye pistol?

Sam

Default Trigger work

You may need to call S and W and send to performance center to clean up The trigger pull.

I have owned 3 of these guns. All had good triggers as received.

I do not recommend you doing this yourself. This question should be posted in the Gunsmithing section of this forum.
