I would like to buy a pair of Boot grips for this Revolver. Rubber is my choice, but will look at the Wood ones. I want the backstrap to show. I have a pair of Pachmayr grips, for the model 36 round butt, that have 3 finger grooves, that are new, that are for sale or trade. I also have a set of Banana grips that were on this firearm from the 60's, that are like brand new, that I will sell or trade. If you can tell me the history on a Model 36 Chief's Special, I would listen. Thank you, Bob.

There shouldn't be a huge difference in price. I have purchased three used sets of banana stocks for a J frame and one for a K frame in the past 1.5 years and not paid over $40.00 for any of them. I gave $40.00 for the K frames and they were still in the blister pack. How much difference would you like?
