I posted this on gunbroker as well. I got one response for NIB rings at $150.00. I will consider those if I cannot find any (new or used) for less.
I would like to purchase a set of scope rings for a Kimber model 82 rifle in 22LR caliber.
What I have determined is that the Kimber Model 82 (sporting version) came with scope mounts (blocks) that take scope rings made by Kimber (when they were still Kimber of Oregon)
I recently purchased the rifle with the 2 piece mounts and would like to purchase the rings that fit these mounts rather than to purchase an aftermarket ring and mount system.
My rifle has inscribed on the barrel "Kimber of Oregon-Clackamas-Oregon-USA.
I would also be interested in purchasing an additional magazine or two if the can be had for less than $40 each, shipped.
