I just purchased a 27-2 that came with the presentation case and all the tools except the screw driver so I am trying to complete the set with the time appropriate piece.

Try eBay, they have quite a few for sale always. They are listed under Smith&Wesson screwdrivers, and sometimes under Smith&Wesson cleaning. Hope that helps.
