Default State Police, State Patrol, Highway Patrol sidearms

I am looking for State Police, State Patrol and Highway Patrol marked sidearms. Pretty much only things carried by a Trooper. No commemorative's and no local departments only things carried by State Troopers. They also have to be marked by the agency with a seal or have the initials of the agency on it. Please contact me if you have any. thank you.

I think quite a few State Agencies didn't MARK their guns.

I have several from my old Agency and NONE are marked. I occasionally run across M-28's or 5903's that were carried here in Montana...but none are marked. Though a letter will show them being sold to the State.

If your interested in one of the old M-28's or 5903's ... I do see them occasionally...PM or e mail me.

Thanks CW I will keep ya in mind lol. Well a lot of State Agency's will still mark their weapons due to them being proud of their agency. Some went through times when they didnt. MT might not do it, but for example NYSP just started not doing it with their glocks for some odd reason. Glock will 99% of the time toss that in when the agency buys their products. Oklahoma has not done it since they carried a wheel gun from what i have been told. Some agencys will do it in house and mark EVERYTHING. My agency has done both from the factory and in house. from time to time in some cases when they were all marked you will have one thats not marked pop up with just a property number. I have understood there has not been a method to the madness. Thats why this is a hard task. Some will feel the markings will make the gun worth less and other feel it makes it worh more. Its just what you are looking for. Some ask prices that are 4X more then what the gun is worth for no reason. But we all know how that is.
