Default Wtb original box for 645

I need a nice original box and paperwork and maybe even the cleaning kit for my new exc.645

I use the .213 sight blade off a Mod 41 on my 41mags. Numrich has them in stock, pt #363390 $13 +-. New screw and nut, works fine. 8 3/8 mod 57 rear site set half a turn off of bottom and still have plenty of elevation at the 200yd rams. No sight popping up off the screw any more...
