Default Mod. 19-2 side plate

I picked up a Model 19-2 2 and a half inch barrel today. It was nearly mint condition with the exception of a few freckles on the side plate. I mean the blue finish is AWESOME except for the the spots on the side plate. If you know of one for sale in great condition. I'm looking!

It's gonna be tough to buy one and just pop it on there, I'm pretty sure someone fits them to the frame at the factory. You may be better off leaving it be or having the just the side plate reblued.

Good luck

I figured they'd be pretty standard. I could get the side plate reblued or have another fit if needs be.
