A new member to a local forum out here in Oregon/Washington posted today that his dad has passed away and he'd like to chase down his service revolver. He worked for the Pierce Co. Sherriff's dept and they sold it to The Marksman in Puyallup, WA. It's a 4" 686 SERIAL No. AVE551 He will pay or trade for it. It's a huge longshot, but I thought I would throw it on here and see if it might be owned by our forum. Be fun to see them reunited. Thanks.

Maybe the dealer can contact the person they sold it to and ask them to contact you. The purchaser's information could remain private unless they want to contact you regarding selling it. Good luck

he contacted the dealer and they don't have records prior to 2001.
