agbalagba is a scammer.
His email address is [email protected] and a Google search comes up with multiple scam / spam alerts.
He joined on 7/30/18 and has contacted several members about their WTB ads through the forum email forwarding function, but hasn't posted.
Here’s part of one of the messages he sent:

Thank member jhnttrpp for bringing this to our attention.
If you receive an offer that you suspect is fraudulent, report it (red triangle/exclamation point in the top of the PM) or contact one of the staff.
We’ll be more than happy to look into it.
