FOUND - Factory Rear Sight Model 25-7 5"

This is for a shooting buddy

He bought a SW Model 25-7 5" that came with a Millet rear. He would like a factory rear.

Preference in black(plain) rear adjustable
Would accept W/O rear adjustable

the front or nose of the rear sight is square (not rounded).
