Default S&W 48 22Mag cylinder

I ended up with a S&W 48 back in the day when I didn't know that there were different 2 cylinders. Of course I got the 22LR cylinder not the 22 mag I wanted.

I need a 22 mag cylinder, it doesn't have to be cherry ( the revolver is) it just has to be able to be timed and not so corroded that it is not usable.

I can take the 22LR cylinder and put in the mill with a reamer, I would just as not do that.

I know that this is a long shot, any help would be appreciated.

Default 6906

Would like a 3.5" 9mm barrel and a hammer assembly with a spur for a third generation S&W. I know that it doesn't actually have to come from a 6906.
