Default WTB pre approximate 1960 44 special cylinder

I’m looking for a cylinder to keep an old 455 to 44 Canadian conversion gun operational after it heroically absorbed a double charge, swelling the cylinder.

A kind poster gave detail about options:

“You'll want a pre war or post war pre ~1960 cyl with extractor star which will have right hand threads for your original extractor rod. Or you could have your original mushroom knob extractor star fitted to a later left hand threaded replacement cyl.”

Clearly a right hand threaded cylinder is more desirable but if it can be made to work im interested.

The thread with pic of gun is here

Replacement options for 2nd HE 44sp?

Thanks!
