Here are a few that I like a lot:

1. 158 SWC or FP (love the Laser Cast 158 LFP); 4.0 grains WW231/HP38; great standard pressure load for general purpose shooting in any .38 Special revolver.

2. 168 Keith SWC; 5.0 grains Unique; an old classic load of Elmer's that new sources say is +P, but it will shoot forever in a K-frame or equivalent without undue wear.

3. 168 Keith SWC; 4.5 grains WW231/HP38; a load suggested by Brian Pearce in a Handloader article a few years back; shoots extremely well in all my full sized .38 Special revolvers.
