It's a good looking gun, even for a non-S&W..
I believe it's a first year model which puts it in the 1965 time frame.
Thanks, Giz. I'm still checking to see if the original parts that came out of the gun can be located. The gun did come with the Ruger "Conversion" Manual. I can't believe they kept the gun and the manual but tossed the parts. They might have just misplaced them.
The gun looks OK in the photo, but something's missing to make it a TRUE Ruger...??? Rocks?
