I had a similar experience to Art here. I had never owned a nickel revolver until this year and promptly fell for it. They don't look as good in pictures, but in real life they come alive with sparkle.
Then again, blued is a traditional favorite. I usually don't like flash and chrome, so blued had always been my favorite finish - until I got that first nickel one.
So again it comes down to personal choice. What I would do is try to see and handle the two side-by-side, then make a decision based on which one jumped out at me. You could then also do a mechanical comparison to see if either one locked up tighter, had a better trigger, smaller barrel/cylinder gap, less cylinder end play, etc.
