I have most of them, including Duff's and Kuhnhausen's books. My standby, though, is Hatcher's 'Book of the Garand'. Every time I take a rear sight assembly apart I pull it out to refresh my memory on the reassembly procedure. I like the others but Hatcher has 98%+ of everything you will ever need.
