Tough one to call,
I thing he is using real down loaded rounds like what i would like to use doing the same thing.
Occasionally you will see a shell eject, But just a foot or so up.
So I would guess that the spring in the gun is a bit too stiff for the loads used....
All in All looks like he is having a great time and is safer than most I saw at a public range I observed the other day which I never goit out of my car, Just drove quietly away....
I think he looked great,
