Anyone out there a Model 59 expert? Is the m59 all steel or steel with alloy frame? If anyone has one can they please tell me how well they like/dislike it ?

Looking at one to purchase and know nothing about auto's--would really like a Browning HP but they're kind of pricy for me--I mainly want one to plink and tear up paper with. Any other recommendations would be helpful also. Trying to stay under $300.00.
