The key to comfortable IWB carry is to not put it inside your pants, but between your belt and your pants. That way you don't need bigger pants or a smaller belly, you just need belts a couple inches longer.

I have carried my 625 MG a few times, but in a cheap-o Uncle Mike's IWB. It is actually a relatively light gun, with RB and pencil barrel.
