Sometimes carry a 4 in N frame in a leather Fist #19 IWB holster. Even when carried IWB a good belt is an absolute must.

With a good belt a round butt N frame can actually conceal quite well, and I'm not a large guy. I wear Wrangler cowboy cut jeans.
