questions of S&W customer service today. From what I was told, they aren't going to be offering replacement parts for the 15-22 anytime in the near future. They do not plan on revising their 15-22 manual stating not to use certain ammo because they say that the problems that have been reported with certain ammo is unsubstansiated. Anyone sending in a firearm for repair should expect to wait a quite a bit longer than normal. I sent my 15-22 before the holidays and was told it was shipped yesterday and I should see it sometime next week.
