Yes, the Browning has the "Short Throw" action, just flick your fingers and the rifle is re-loaded. It throws the brass in a neat pile several feet away, very precise.

Won't know much about the Winchester till tomorrow, I'll give a range report then. I do have a Model 61 which shoots great, and since they share the same mechanism, I expect great things from it.

Both of these rifles shout "Quality"! These are the kind of guns I'm buying from now on, proven quality.
