Until recently, I was unaware of the M frame guns by S&W.

I know about the I frame, the J, the K, the L, the N and the x frames, but the M frame escaped me notice.

Can any of you guys tell me more about it and how it compared the the I frame? I have an I frame gun in .32 S&W Long and also a J frame in the same caliber and have noted the difference in those two, but have thus far not seen an M frame gun.
