It's from the 1970's. I don’t remember seeing S&W .22 ammo that wasn’t marked made in Mexico, but that doesn‘t mean it doesn‘t exist. White boxes were standard velocity and blue boxes were high. My examples are L.R., which I'm sure is more common than shorts.
