so these sigmas didn't do so well and were discontinued after only a few years.

i picked up a sw9m nib when a local shop was going out of business. i knew it was not a range gun and at the time it was very light and thin for a carry 9mm. it worked well enough for the job it was made for. i only had feed problems with the longer OAL JHP ammo. never any problems with other ammo as long as you had a firm grasp on the pistol. it is a blow back action so recoil was heavy for a 9mm.

i am now needing to send this pistol to s&w to be fixed. i read that s&w is not fixing them but looking to get them out of public hands. i have read of new model pistols being offered or a discount voucher.

does anyone know what s&w is currently offering as a replacement for the older subcompact sigmas?
