The OOB occurred during slow firing while sighting in new optic. Classic case of the round not fully chambering, bolt not closed, yet the trigger still able to drop the hammer, engage the firing pin and ignite the round.  |
I hope everyone that has an OOB is sending an email to Smith. Heck, even if you have not experienced one yet.
If everyone got on them, maybe we would see a fix.
Of course they never answered my email, but with enough people showing concern, it might give them some incentive.
