You need to push in the firing pin in past the safety body. First hold in the firing pin block down and then push the firing pin in with a thin punch. Then slide the safety body out but watch for the detent plunger to pop out as soon as it clears the slide. Rotate the safety lever down as you come out and it will hold the firing pin down to where you can pull your punch out and finish pulling the safety body clear. The firing pin will fly out at this point, it helps to take it apart in a freezer bag to catch everything that flys off. You'll need all three of your hands to put it back together.
