Hey Y'all, new to this forum. I don't own a Smith & Wesson but have been thinking about an M&P 45. Saw and held one yesterday and really liked it and almost put the credit card down, but really wanted one with the thumb safety, the model the store had did not have the thumb safety. I understand that if you get a model with the thumb safety and decide you you don't like the safety you can remove it. Wondering if you get the model without the thumb safety if you can add one and if so where would you get it and how much do they cost?
